This cava is made using the traditional ‘Methode Champenoise’ – secondary fermentation in the bottle. A small dosage was added making it just off-dry.
A light straw colour with fine bubbles, the nose is distinctly minerals and lemon. Light and refreshingly dry with a zip of lemon acidity, this is perfect on a summer afternoon.
