Manuel Raventós 2007 is a limited edition wine made from a blend of the best wines of the vintage.
This has a very bright, clean gold look with steely amber glints. Aromas of sugar-coated fruit, fine pastry, custard sauce, spices, a hint of cedar, a dash of caramel and some honey and white flowers fill the background. Smooth and velvety with extremely fine mousse, this is perfectly integrated in every way. Seductive flavours of baked apple, laurel, lemon, cream and crème brûlée abound.
