This is an innovative sparkling wine with the Monastrell grape bringing complexity and elegance in colour while maintaining freshness and concentration.
This has a gorgeous pink hue with a lively mousse. The nose shows delicate brioche aromas and fruit with wild strawberry, honeydew melon and floral notes. On the palate, it is seriously mineral-like with a zesty acid backbone and reveals layer after layer of red and orange fruits.
