This wine is a combination of 2 separate parcels from the Benufet vineyard, both of which were vinified separately then blended. The first tank is from the very oldest Garnatxa Blanca vineyard, planted in 1905. The second is from a much younger vineyard whose grapes were picked at a much lower ripeness level and high acidity. The blend of these two wines maintains all the richness and complexity of the old vine grapes but is lifted by the zip and freshness of the younger grapes.
Pale yellow in colour, this has notes of peach, melon and white flower with traces of minerailty. It is creamy and long on the palate and finishes with noticeable freshness.
