The Chiquet family has been working with grapes since 1746. Their well established 23 hectares are scattered between Dizy, Hautvillers, Aÿ, Mareuil-sur-Aÿ and the valley of the Ardre, near Reims. Their champagnes are delicate and fine and express lots of fruit and chalky minerality.
A very pale salmon pink hue, this has hints of strawberry, apple and black cherry on the nose. Smooth and fresh with. fine mousse it has extremely good stucture and balance.
