Marc Hébrart has been producing champagne since 1960 and became a member of the prestigious Club Trésors de Champagne in 1985.
The winery is 15.5 hectares in extent with 76 different parcels in ten different villages. They are a mix of Grand Cru and Premier Cru. Fermentation is in steel tanks. Jean Paul Hébrart who took over the reins in 1997 has become recognised for producing seriously good and much acclaimed Champagnes.
Lovely golden hues give way to notes of chalk and brown butter. Utterly seamless on the palate, it has a long finish with extraordinary balance.
